If your new gear doesn't pass its Charisma check, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. We want to ensure every adventurer is perfectly equipped for their next campaign with high-quality fashion.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Loot

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Courier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Gold

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
